Jo Ann was the consummate wedding professional. She knows what she is doing and even if you are a control freak (not naming any names….:) She can be trusted to pull off the biggest, best day of your life. The day went soooo smoothly, and my family was thrilled at the service all the way through during the engagement. She has relationships with the BEST wedding vendors in the city and they go out of their way for her brides. She has expertise at what's really important and will save you money with her knowledge.
I think without her, I would have given up on half my ideas and just had a cookie cutter wedding because it would have been easier and I am busy all the time with work. But she took the reins and make sure I didn't have to settle. During the actual wedding we were very thankful that she was in all the right places at the right time, pulling us here and there and keeping us on schedule. We have more awesome pics to remember than if we had just stayed on the dance floor all night. Her husband is incredibly helpful- he even fixed my bustle when it fell down! I was very thankful for him and the rest of the little "team" (she brings a team the day of to her big weddings) I felt so so special, and like my needs would all be met, which was a relief.
To throw a huge black tie wedding with different external vendors AND some family drama thrown in, truly takes a village, and the perfection that was our wedding night couldn't have happened without her. Jo Ann was the conductor of our beeeeautiful wedding symphony. My family and I are forever indebted to her & her husband for making our wedding so magical. As one friend told us, "You have raised the bar for weddings." I smiled and said “Thank you” but I know where the REAL work lay and that was all Schwartz & Woodward!
